Rainy New York Backyard Wedding, Josie & Rae

These beautiful photos of these cuties were only possible because I was super lucky to work alongside Brandi Potter as her second. It was such an honor to photograph this backyard wedding of this stunning couple and to work with her. Learning from her and watching her do her thing, totally priceless. Josie & Rae are so stinkin’ cute, it really was such a beautiful wedding. Not pictured is a food truck that they had at their home, which is such a fun idea for catering.We brought the two of them in front of the house at one point to take some street night portraits of them. It was Brandi’s idea, and she let me take photos with her.

These cuties handled the rain by using bubble umbrellas, which was SUCH a good idea and a tent for the reception area. Bubble umbrellas should be a staple for rainy occasions because it really adds a storybook feel.
