McLoone’s Boathouse NJ Wedding, Kristen + Travis

“I cannot express how much I absolutely loved the experience. She was so accommodating to what we wanted. We struggle with queues and how to pose. We wanted more candid photos or posed photos that actually looked good since we don’t photograph well. She delivered and BEYOND. Her creativity with editing was so whimsical and made me relive the whole experience over again when I got the photos.
If you’re debating, just book.” —Kristen & Travis

Kristen + Travis had their wedding at McLoone’s Boathouse in West Orange NJ. I had never been before but man this place was poppin! It’s a great little spot for a smaller sized wedding. They were able to have their ceremony outside in the grass by the water with their arch, and they even brought some candles and diy moss towers to decorate the area. It’s cool because there’s a big walkway that goes all around the pond, so we were able to head there afterwards for sunset photos of them with their friends and family. Their reception was kind of tucked away on the side of the building in a small room they had made, but Kristen and Travis chose some really cute decorations to make it feel real cute. They chose my Small Wedding Collection and booked me for 3 hours. I also took some vintage polaroids of them on sx-70 film with my 1970s polaroid camera.
