NJ Autumn Wedding, Danielle & John
I photographed John & Danielle’s wedding back in October at Knoll Country Club and had so much fun. For anyone looking to get married in October - the hype is real. At least for this weekend, the weather was perfect the fall colors were so beautiful. Before their wedding, I actually ran into Danielle at a Mac Sabbath show that I didn’t even know I would be at until that night. For those reading this that are thinking wtf is a Mac Sabbath show, it’s a Black Sabbath cover band with a McDonalds theme. It’s the most random show to run into anybody that you know. Why bring this up? I think it shows off their fun personality. I knew as soon as I ran into Danielle at that show that their wedding was going to be awesome.
Danielle and John originally met in College and one day they crossed paths at a Bagel shop, they have been together ever since. For their wedding they did a lot of things that were unique for them as a couple. They had a lot of diy & halloween decor. Danielle attached her veil to a necklace so she could wear it over her shoulders. They had their dog walk them down the aisle in a dog tux. Their reception was Parks and Rec themed. They were introduced during the reception wearing matching, custom wrestler belts that had their faces & the words “Tag Team Champions” on it. After their first kiss they walked down the aisle together to the lego movie song, “Everything is Awesome.”- Which apparently Danielle surprised John with to make sure he would smile for photos afterwards. And they had a Scottish hand tying wedding ceremony. I love how they incorporated their personality. John & Danielle - thanks again for allowing me to capture your unique wedding.
