NJ Winter Estate Wedding

This wedding was at The Tides Estate in North Haledon NJ. I was blown away by how pretty and photogenic this venue is. I am dying to go back here for another wedding and if you love a venue covered in art, you should consider this as an option! There is artwork everywhere. Everything about this wedding was so beautiful and unique. They chose to get married during the winter and have an old Hollywood style wedding. That included everything from vintage Chanel, to an intimate nighttime ceremony, to samba dancers (their family is from Brazil.)

For this wedding I used a mix of digital, 35mm film, and vintage polaroid SX-70 film from the 70s. I love how the film gave it a bit more of that vintage Hollywood vibe they were going for and an added artistic touch. Of course most of the wedding was completely documentary style, besides the portraits.

Also this wedding is proof that if you’re looking to get married in late fall or winter, that your wedding will still be so beautiful.
