Getting married in Asbury Park

Asbury Park is one of my favorite places in NJ and a great place to get married or elope. There’s so many amazing restaurants and scenery. You can go down by the iconic Convention Hall and elope on the beach during off season, like these two did. I have another blog post showing off their Asbury Park Elopement here. Afterwards you can eat at places like McLoone’s Boat House and walk along the boardwalk. There’s two parts to the boardwalk so you can walk along the side with restaurants, or you can go to the area with more boardwalk art. If you’d rather have a more traditional ceremony and reception, you can get married at The Asbury Hotel. I have another blog post featuring a wedding that I photographed here. You can have a rooftop ceremony at The Asbury Hotel and even walk down to the boardwalk and beach, that’s how close it is. There’s a lot of scenic spots throughout the hotel to get photos in, including a Photo Booth, a light up sign that you could display you and your partners’s name, and a record room. They also have a heated pool year around and rooftop movies in the summer. It’s a really great venue for weddings.
